What you will do

• Build end-to-end features across data models, APIs, user interfaces, and automated tests for web portals and backend services.
• Design and evolve a multi-tenant PostgreSQL data model, including schema design, migrations, tenant isolation, and query performance.
• Integrate customer booking and inventory systems, including legacy and inconsistently documented third-party APIs.
• Develop an automated pricing pipeline using scheduled serverless workers, pricing engine APIs, commercial rules, approval policies, and published results.
• Own AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines while contributing to code reviews and engineering standards.
• Support the gradual adoption of Rust for new and migrated asynchronous backend services.

Requirements

• Substantial commercial experience as a full stack developer with production ownership of a complete system.
• Strong Python experience with modern, type-annotated code and a web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills.
• Solid PostgreSQL or equivalent relational database experience, including schema design, migrations, and query performance.
• Hands-on AWS experience, infrastructure as code with Terraform, OpenTofu, or CDK, and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Automated testing experience and clear written communication in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Production Rust experience, especially with asynchronous web services.
• Dynamic pricing, revenue management, yield management, or e-commerce pricing experience.
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and legacy third-party API integration experience.
• Auth0, AWS Cognito, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, data visualization, or charting experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading offshore or partner development teams.
