What you will do
- Own collections, accounts payable, and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and customers.
- Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close processes for US and UK entities.
- Oversee payroll and sales commissions in collaboration with Sales and RevOps teams.
- Select and implement modern finance stack tools to maintain spend control.
- Build and integrate AI-driven automation into financial reporting and closing workflows.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Strong in-house accounting experience.
- Proven ability to own processes and build playbooks from scratch.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve accounting speed and precision.

- Experience with multi-entity or cross-border (US/UK) accounting.
