Solutions Program Manager (Spatial AI)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD annually plus equity

What you will do

• Own strategic retailer programs from kickoff through close, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Act as the primary interface between Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Infrastructure Technical, and other technical teams.
• Coordinate pilot scopes, KPIs, use cases, business cases, engineering cycles, data operations, and customer requirements.
• Manage badge and hardware troubleshooting, lab and store installation scheduling, and installation logistics.
• Collect customer inputs such as planograms, images, reference data, and other assets, then initiate data collection workflows.
• Run weekly internal customer-team meetings, track actions, communicate status, and escalate blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role managing complex projects.
• Experience creating project plans, managing complex timelines, and driving cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and translating customer requirements into engineering tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience resolving project blockers.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams and communicating directly with enterprise clients.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail technology, computer vision, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Linear and Notion.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, especially for real-time or AI-driven systems.
