We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term project focused on requirements management, CMS content, and FAQ Bot development.

🧩 Your focus
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
• Manage and improve FAQ content within the CMS
• Support the development and implementation of an FAQ Bot
• Analyze user feedback and improve answer quality and user experience
• Contribute to release planning and project documentation

🎯 What matters
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with CMS platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Candidate must be based in the EU
• English B2+

✨ Nice to have
• German language skills 🇩🇪
