Corporate Finance & Accounting Development Program Analyst/Associate

hirify.global is a financial services organization whose Finance and Realty Services division provides corporate finance and accounting support across the company.

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month rotation through multiple areas of hirify.global's Finance organization.
• Support line-of-business teams with financial reporting, analysis, strategic insight, and business performance metrics.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, accounting, profitability analysis, and internal and external reporting.
• Work with regulatory disclosures, economic and regulatory capital, risk management, internal controls, data analytics, and financial modeling.
• Participate in formal and social learning, mentoring, networking, job shadowing, and internal projects.
• Support internal and external customer experience and help resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Preferred major in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, communication, adaptability, and project management skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
