2027 Summer Intern - Finance & Accounting Analyst

Location: Onsite at hirify.global’s headquarters in Newport Beach, California, USA. The 10-week internship runs from early June to mid-August, and a transition bonus supports relocation to an office location.

What you will do

• Support financial management, planning and analysis, accounting, controls, risk management, and reporting.
• Work on projects across Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Client Billing, and the Executive Office.
• Analyze the firm’s financial drivers and contribute to strategic business decisions and initiatives.
• Apply Microsoft Excel and AI-powered tools to solve problems and improve outcomes.
• Participate in training, cross-divisional education, networking, and mentoring activities.
• Receive mid-summer and end-of-summer feedback through a formal review process.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing an undergraduate degree and remain enrolled at a university during the Fall 2027 semester.
• Must be able to begin full-time employment from a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative collegiate GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent, at an accredited four-year college or university.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong written and verbal communication skills.
