Independent Risk Management Development Program Analyst/Associate (Risk Management/Data Analysis): Supporting a competitive 12-month rotational program focused on assessing and identifying risks that could affect the organization's strategy, reputation, operations, or financial success with an accent on data analysis, risk metrics, policies, reporting, and regulatory engagement. Focus on applying the enterprise risk framework across enterprise, operational, credit, compliance, technology, and regulatory risk rotations.

Location: Onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States

What you will do

  • Complete a 12-month rotational program within Independent Risk Management.
  • Assess and identify risks that may affect organizational strategy, reputation, operations, or financial performance.
  • Analyze data and metrics, develop policies and procedures, conduct research, and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with risk management professionals and participate in meetings with regulatory stakeholders.
  • Gain exposure to enterprise, operational, credit, compliance, technology, regulatory, retail, and other risk areas.
  • Support internal projects and customer resolution activities while participating in formal and social learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification, and experience.
  • Preferred majors include Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Law, Information Technology, Operations Management, Statistics, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2.
  • Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience and relevant skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, business acumen, communication, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Must work in the Pittsburgh office; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
