Risk Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze data related to strategic goals, operational processes, remediation plans, and identified risks.
• Prepare dashboards, risk and loss analyses, issue-resolution reports, and self-assessment summaries.
• Evaluate operational loss events, risk mitigation costs and benefits, and risk-reward decisions.
• Support senior management and Board committee reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and governance administration.
• Maintain department manuals, training materials, and risk technology platforms.
• Conduct targeted risk assessments, facilitate risk workshops, and participate in special projects and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.
• At least 1 year of related experience or training.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to pursue risk or audit certifications as directed by management.
• Ability to travel when required, work under stress, meet deadlines, and perform the physical and operational requirements of the role.
