Platform Tech Lead (.NET)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and .NET Core.
• Lead the evolution of the cloud-native platform and microservices architecture.
• Build infrastructure and developer platforms that improve engineering velocity.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, improve developer experience, and mentor engineers across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building cloud-native systems with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• Expert-level object-oriented programming skills in C#/.NET Core or Java.
• Experience designing highly scalable RESTful microservices and working with platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including MSSQL and MongoDB.
• Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools and spec-driven development with AI agents, while validating code quality, architecture, security, performance, testing, and observability.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring AI development tools, including custom instructions, MCP servers, or reusable prompt libraries.
• Experience optimizing large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, memory management, and .NET garbage collection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
