Team Lead, ARC Team (Cloud Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid; must work from the Washington, DC, San Francisco, New York, or St. Louis office 3 days per week. Candidates must hold at least an active Secret clearance.

Base salary: $252,000–$362,000 USD for San Francisco and New York; $227,200–$326,000 USD for Washington, DC; $188,800–$272,000 USD for St. Louis.

What you will do

• Define software delivery patterns for complex government and high-security environments.
• Build and maintain internal CLIs and tools for standardized testing, deployment, and environment management.
• Design secure, scalable backend systems using modern cloud-native AI infrastructure.
• Re-architect systems for compliant, restrictive, air-gapped, and isolated environments with swappable authentication, storage, and logging components.
• Own service health goals, improve surrounding components, and contribute to the public-sector platform roadmap and product strategy.
• Mentor team members, manage performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in customer engagements.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or higher is mandatory.
• Experience with full-stack development, including frontend and backend technologies, programming languages, databases, and modern web frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization, container orchestration, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience developing software for strict security, regulatory, and federal compliance requirements, including frameworks such as FedRAMP, Cloud SRG, or STIG Benchmarks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to work from the DC, SF, NYC, or STL office 3 days per week.
