Senior Manager, Inventory Planning and Management

What you will do

• Plan and manage inventory to ensure the right products are available at the right time and place.
• Collaborate with business, vendor management, supply chain, product, program, and finance stakeholders.
• Partner with vendors to improve lead time, fill rate, and other inventory metrics.
• Use data analysis to prioritize impactful actions and deliver business results.
• Investigate root causes, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
• Improve ordering processes, controls, forecasting, inbound, and inventory management systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
• Experience partnering with vendors and collaborating with sales and operations stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong Excel proficiency; SQL and other technical skills are a plus.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
