What you will do

• Support the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of AI awareness and training sessions.
• Coach employees during hands-on AI workshops and practical labs.
• Help build and implement simple AI use cases, including automation, copilots, prompt-based solutions, and no-code or low-code applications.
• Work with business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain the AI use case pipeline, registry, and learning materials.
• Provide first-line support for employees adopting AI tools and collaborate with AI Champions and the Regional Expert Circle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or final-year student status, in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and practical exposure to Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools, or n8n.
• Ability to experiment, build, and learn through hands-on work.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly way.
• Comfort working with people from different functions and backgrounds.
• Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to grow in a fast-evolving AI environment.
