What you will do

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, operational challenges, and technology needs.
• Gather, validate, analyze, and document business, functional, technical, integration, and reporting requirements.
• Create BRDs, functional specifications, use cases, process flows, user stories, interface specifications, and related documentation.
• Support API, data, application, and enterprise integration requirements across multiple systems and platforms.
• Partner with developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Support AI-enabled technology initiatives, digital transformation, UAT, defect triage, release planning, production readiness, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• Strong experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical business analysis.
• Proven ability to manage business and technical requirements and produce BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, data mappings, and integration documentation.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data flows, enterprise applications, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of banking, financial services, lending, or regulatory systems.
