What you will do

• Define and execute a 1–3 year product strategy for digital commerce and marketing platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1–2 product managers and a product owner.
• Own the roadmap for marketplace experiences, order management, and digital marketing tools.
• Partner with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
• Drive platform modernization using headless CMS, headless commerce, and AI-powered workflows.
• Track and optimize KPIs including conversion rates, enrollment performance, and platform reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including lead or group PM roles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Proven experience owning digital commerce products and implementing marketing platforms.
• Strong familiarity with headless or composable architecture and API-first platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI-powered product development.
• Experience working in a multi-product or platform-based organization.
