What you will do

• Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical problems with limited to no supervision.
• Lead or execute engineering projects, including developing key suppliers.
• Develop and modify complex engineering layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Design and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and processes for handling, assembly, and disassembly.
• Generate product specifications, engineering documentation, test reports, and complex engineering analyses.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and influence solutions to complex mechanical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of experience.
• Subject-matter expertise with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, material selection, manufacturing methods, GD&T, flow analysis, and/or Design for Excellence principles.
• Ability to oversee manufacturing and installation processes and coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components and equipment.

• Knowledge of the hirify.global product life cycle, including prototyping, packaging, material selection, and manufacturing methods.
