Relationship Manager II - C&IB (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Manage new and existing client relationships within a commercial banking book of business.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships to grow revenue and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Identify client opportunities, provide financial insights, and increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships while presenting hirify.global's full range of products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, credit processes, credit products, and client relationship management.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests.
• Strong communication, decision-making, prospecting, selling, and customer experience skills.
• Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
