What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, service-to-sales conversations, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global banking products and solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge while managing risk.
• Support daily branch operations and ensure activities are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Typically requires an associate degree or equivalent; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and priority-management skills.
• Must work onsite at the Cumming, Georgia branch; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
