What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs.
• Recommend deposit, loan, investment, consumer lending, and business banking products and services.
• Provide customer service, resolve customer issues, and develop relationships through appointments, referrals, and structured sales processes.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, lending, sales, and customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least one year of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Comfort with mobile services and online banking technology.
