Mainframe Software Engineering (ERP)

Location: Remote within the continental United States on US soil; Connecticut preferred. The role may require on-site engagement with the client in Waterford, Connecticut. Puerto Rico is not eligible for this account.

Salary: $60,600–$112,500 per year.

What you will do

• Support mainframe software engineering teams through technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from planning through go-live.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, assignments, and risks.
• Ensure ERP system availability, performance, reliability, security, access control, compliance, and integrations.
• Analyze business needs, improve processes, and promote automation, standardization, and effective data management.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders while mentoring internal teams and partner resources.

Requirements

• Must provide proof of US citizenship and be ITAR-compliant.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Must reside in the continental United States on US soil; Puerto Rico is not eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies, with strong programming, debugging, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics ERP software and related business processes.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, coaching, or career development experience.
