Focus on translating business needs into system designs, managing integrations and quarterly releases, and solving complex data, testing, compliance, and process-improvement challenges.

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as the functional expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM across supply and demand planning, S&OP, order management, shipping, procurement, receiving, inventory, global trade, manufacturing, and quality.
- Support, enhance, configure, and optimize SCM applications for current and future business processes.
- Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Translate business needs into system designs, configurations, integration requirements, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers on integrations, extensions, reports, testing, and deployments.
- Assess quarterly releases, coordinate regression testing, maintain data accuracy, and drive supply chain process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience, including at least 5 years with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Experience with at least five full-cycle implementations in large-scale global Oracle SCM projects.
- Experience in Agile and/or ITIL environments.
- Oracle Cloud SCM certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, configuration, controls, release management, data governance, and reconciliation skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing.
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in medical device manufacturing.
