Senior Geospatial Data Scientist (TS/SCI) — ArcGIS / Python

Location: Arlington, VA; on-site at federal facilities. U.S. citizenship and an active final Top Secret/SCI clearance are required.

What you will do

• Design and operationalize geospatial workflows using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online.
• Automate reproducible analytics and enterprise integrations with Python, ArcPy, and the ArcGIS API for Python.
• Perform exploratory analysis, clustering, hot-spot detection, suitability modeling, route optimization, and predictive modeling on large infrastructure datasets.
• Publish web maps, web scenes, analytical services, dashboards, and Experience Builder integrations across enterprise portals.
• Analyze undersea and terrestrial communications infrastructure, validate data, and support rapid triage of analytic requests and incidents.
• Prepare decision briefings, reports, documentation, and training for Government stakeholders, including surge support during national security and emergency preparedness events.

Requirements

• Active, final Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with six years of specialized experience, master’s degree with four years, or ten years of equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online.
• Experience with Python, ArcPy, the ArcGIS API for Python, large geospatial datasets, spatial statistics, and predictive modeling.
• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in telecommunications network modeling across Internet, PSTN, and wireless infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT security, the National Response Framework, and ESF #2; availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday surge support.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications, utility, HIFLD, or comparable national-scale critical infrastructure datasets.
• Experience in classified environments and with classified or sensitive unclassified mission data.
• Experience with DHS 4300A/4300B or comparable federal security frameworks.
• Dashboard and geospatial visualization design for senior government audiences.
• Experience supporting emergency operations, incident response, or 24/7 watch environments.
