Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Singapore, SGP; 33 Changi North Crescent

Travel: 10% of the time. No company transport is available. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
• Coordinate the release of product improvements and new products with design engineering and Operations, including engineering change requests.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, recommend tooling and process requirements, and apply DfX principles to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Develop test procedures, support test specifications and fixture design, and assist with test fixture sourcing.
• Evaluate operational and test data, identify root causes, and implement corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Perform process failure mode, effects, and criticality analysis for new product development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in semiconductor, electronics, or engineering industries.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels globally and attend meetings across different time zones.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
