What you will do

• Manage relationships with new and existing business banking clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share.
• Acquire, expand, and retain client relationships while increasing engagement and share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Build internal, external, community, and industry relationships to acquire and expand client accounts.
• Present hirify.global’s full range of products and services and use sales tools to convert opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience with client relationship management, prospecting, selling, and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of credit processes, credit products, financial analysis, and credit risk fundamentals.
• Strong business acumen, communication, decision-making, critical thinking, and technology skills.
• Must work in-office in Miami, Florida; hirify.global will not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT.
