Field Service Technician II (Medical Equipment)

Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States; on-site field service across service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes.

Salary: $56,000–$77,000 per year.

What you will do

• Move, inspect, load, unload, and position medical products in service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes.
• Clean and disinfect hirify.global and non-hirify.global products, perform operational checks, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Provide on-call service coverage, including weekends and holidays, with customer account visits as needed.
• Use smartphones, tablets, and PCs to record and retrieve service information.
• Demonstrate hirify.global product use to hospital staff, caregivers, and other users.
• Operate company vehicles from cargo vans to trucks up to 26,000 pounds while following safety, PPE, ergonomic, and 5S procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds using appropriate safety and ergonomic procedures.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship and employment visa sponsorship takeover are not available.
