Senior Partner / Program Director

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship required. Executive briefings must be attended during Eastern Time business hours, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. DHS remote network access is a privilege rather than a contractual guarantee and may require work at assigned or designated locations.

What you will do

• Provide executive-level contract oversight and establish delivery benchmarks across all program tasks.
• Serve as the primary corporate interface for senior customer engagement and escalation resolution.
• Manage corporate resources, bench configurations, talent acquisition pipelines, and surge requirements.
• Develop governance structures aligned with federal acquisition regulations and agency protocols.
• Oversee multi-vendor cost allocations, subcontractor performance, integrated schedules, quality control, and risk mitigation.
• Lead post-award commitments, contract closeouts, transitions, task-order extensions, and executive updates.

Requirements

• 15+ years of federal program oversight, corporate governance, executive delivery management, or progressively responsible corporate executive leadership.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to complete DHS suitability, background investigation, and Entry-on-Duty requirements.
• Availability for senior customer briefings during Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday.
• Experience leading large-scale federal professional-services, analytics, or technical programs.
• Expertise in contract governance, strategic forecasting, delivery management, GSA MAS task orders, FAR compliance, and hybrid contract financing models.
• Knowledge of Tableau, SAS, SQL, statistical data engineering, federal web architectures, Drupal, secure SDLC, CUI, PII/SPII, Section 508, and federal security protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with programs for DHS, CBP, ICE, USCIS, Census, DOJ, or HHS.
• Knowledge of homeland security, border security, federal law enforcement data environments, or statistical programs.
• Active Project Management Professional certification.
