Manager, M&A Integration (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States; remote role with an in-person interview required

Salary: $86,200–$145,376 USD base salary annually for US-based employees

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day post-acquisition integration programs and cross-functional workstreams within the Integration Management Office.
• Translate deal theses into integration plans, Day 1 readiness plans, milestone schedules, dependency maps, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate workshops and collaboration across Product, Engineering, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Cyber, GTM, and other functions.
• Support acquisition due diligence by managing requests, coordinating with target companies, and preparing executive-ready summaries.
• Prepare weekly and monthly integration status updates for executive leadership.
• Monitor Transition Services Agreement deliverables, roll-off dates, and billing support while improving the M&A integration playbook.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, transaction advisory, corporate development, business operations, sales operations, or technical program management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting M&A due diligence, acquisition integration, or separation planning and execution.
• Strong communication, organization, structured problem-solving, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Ability to coordinate and influence diverse cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Technical acumen and the ability to discuss technical integration topics effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Understanding of software business and operating models.
• Experience with Big 4 or top-tier M&A or deal advisory practices.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
