What you will do

• Design onboarding for SquidWeb, including training materials, tutorials, and videos.
• Optimize internal processes and workflows.
• Plan and implement long-term product goals.
• Design and deliver individual features in collaboration with the IT team.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Establish and manage quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in product development.
• Initial experience in project and team management is preferred.
• Knowledge of coding and SQL is desirable.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach with strong prioritization skills.
• Confident self-organization and willingness to take ownership.
• Fluency in English and availability to work from within the Leipzig area.
