What you will do

• Develop the product platform to support regional growth and scalability.
• Optimize the end-to-end expansion experience for new hirify.global regions from concept to launch.
• Define and drive the roadmap for payment, reporting, tariff implementation, and region setup tooling.
• Identify and remove operational, technical, and organizational bottlenecks slowing down launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and multiple engineering teams.
• Balance short-term speed-to-market objectives with long-term profitability and system architecture.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Germany.
• English: Fluency (C1) required.
• Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias toward action and pragmatic decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience working with payments, pricing/tariffs, reporting, or platform products.
• Proficiency in German and/or French.
