Product Manager (Data Platforms)

Product Manager (Data Platforms): Building and scaling a distributed platform for creating, consuming, and sharing data products across hirify.global with an accent on data infrastructure, stakeholder alignment, and platform reliability. Focus on defining product strategy, translating complex data needs into scalable capabilities, and measuring the impact of a platform processing millions of events every day.

Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Germany, with attendance at the Berlin campus two days per week. Relocation support for Berlin is available.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Data Hub product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate data needs into scalable platform features.
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to prioritize and deliver high-impact work for the Data Consumption squad.
• Collaborate with engineering, data teams, and other Data Hub stakeholders to build platform solutions.
• Define product metrics and track platform reliability, quality, progress, and business impact.

Requirements

• Proven Product Manager experience, ideally with data platforms, data infrastructure, or complex SaaS products.
• Technical literacy and experience managing complex data-driven products.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions with data engineers and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and roadmap decision-making skills.
• Proactive, curious, self-driven approach with a focus on data-driven product improvement.
