Salary: $181,500–$355,400 annual base salary for MA, MD, VA, and Washington, DC locations. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, education, and market considerations.

What you will do
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the regulatory surveillance program.
- Manage reviews and analysis of regulatory intelligence from internal sources, tips, complaints, filings, and other regulators.
- Direct managers and individual contributors, including coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Design and implement measures to manage surveillance matters, program risks, and operational objectives.
- Direct special projects, surveys, and technology initiatives affecting Surveillance.
- Represent in internal and external meetings, speaking engagements, and industry initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in the securities or financial services industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated project management, process improvement, surveillance development lifecycle, and goal attainment skills.
- Extensive knowledge of , MSRB, other SRO rules, and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and related regulations.
- Experience investigating potential securities rule violations and leading regulatory programs.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
