Head of Retirement and Workplace (Fintech)

Location: Denver, CO, United States

Salary: $375,000–$425,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Define and refine long-term strategy across current and prospective retirement and workplace markets.
• Identify expansion opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth and market share.
• Lead product strategy, digitization, innovation initiatives, and roadmap execution from conception through launch.
• Build and enhance products across trading, custody, and communications platforms in partnership with Technology.
• Strengthen client satisfaction, retention, strategic account relationships, and feedback mechanisms.
• Lead operational performance through KPIs, process improvement, automation, regulatory monitoring, and compliance oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of related experience in the retirement or wealth industry.
• Experience leading a similar-sized P&L or equivalent business responsibility.
• Proven experience leading transformation, managing organizational change, and scaling business units with measurable revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of retirement plan administration, workplace benefits, regulatory requirements, and Trust business compliance.
• Strong strategic thinking, executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
