What you will do
- Develop and refine long-term strategy for the retirement and workplace business, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
- Drive business growth through new business opportunities, go-to-market strategy, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead product strategy and innovation, overseeing digitization, product roadmap execution, and collaboration with technology on client implementations.
- Own client success and retention by building feedback mechanisms and helping clients grow their retirement businesses.
- Ensure operational excellence with KPIs, process improvement and automation, and regulatory compliance monitoring.
- Provide executive leadership by setting near- and long-term goals and ensuring the right talent and resources are in place.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience in the retirement or wealth industry, with strong strategy, product, or business development background.
- Proven track record leading a similar-sized P&L and building/scaling business units with measurable revenue growth.
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation and managing organizational change.
- Deep understanding of retirement plan administration, workplace benefits, and the regulatory landscape; experience managing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for Trust business.
- Strong written and verbal communication with comfort advising senior management, external senior stakeholders, regulators, clients, and C-Suite executives.
- Experience with product development lifecycle and go-to-market strategies; strong stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
