Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship required. Must be willing to submit for a DoD security clearance. Headquarters: Columbia, Maryland.

What you will do

• Drive the development of next-generation software products and new features.
• Develop efficient, reliable, and testable full-stack code.
• Build and deploy AI, machine learning, and cloud-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to define and launch product features.
• Contribute to team culture and product vision while mentoring team members through the engineering lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a similar field with at least 5 years of technical experience, or 8 years of technical experience including military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer or in a similar role.
• Experience with React and Node.js or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning technologies into application products.
• U.S. citizenship required; must be willing to submit for a DoD security clearance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
