What you will do

• Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage to integrate AI solutions.
• Develop new features and scalable tools using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and iterate on AI/ML solutions, including LLM prompting and voice model tuning.
• Manage complex integrations with third-party enterprise APIs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Continuously improve AI performance based on real-world customer feedback and requirements.

Requirements

• German proficiency is required for this role.
• Strong full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications, specifically with LLM prompting and tuning.
• Proven ability to manage technical integrations and API deployments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a founder mindset.
