What you will do

• Own the production test strategy, driving standardization and continuous improvement across production lines.
• Develop functional and end-of-line test equipment, fixtures, and automated sequences.
• Lead the introduction and transfer of test equipment for new product introductions and production ramp-ups.
• Define DAQ strategies and utilize analysis tools to monitor trends and guide technical decisions.
• Provide design feedback to improve manufacturability, testability, and overall product quality.
• Mentor engineers and technicians while serving as the primary technical focal point for production testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or Physical Sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in production or R&D testing within high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading test projects end-to-end as a technical authority.
• Proficiency in NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand.
• Strong knowledge of test coverage, PFMEA, Six Sigma, DFM, DFT, and MSA.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with turbojet or turbofan engines.
• Proficiency in Python, Minitab, or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of Arabic or Portuguese.
