MTS, Process Engineering (F7 Litho)

What you will do

• Support production ramp through process qualification, productivity improvement, and tool release.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process data using SPC, DOE, split lots, Space, Si-view, JMP, and Klarity.
• Match processes across equipment to reduce variation and improve tool matching.
• Identify chronic issues and establish improvement programs and procedures for resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams across fabs to address yield improvement, excursions, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to improve performance indices and optimize productivity while supporting environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Technical university degree, or an approved equivalent qualification.
• BS degree with 6–7 years of experience, or MS degree with 5–6 years of experience.
• PhD with 3–4 years of experience.
• Mastery of a technical discipline and ability to solve complex, novel, and non-recurring problems.
• Experience leading medium to large projects, mentoring less experienced staff, and providing specialized technical guidance.
• Ability to participate in cross-functional teams across sites and collaborate with suppliers and external technical programs.
