What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy with accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Build and optimize programs across paid media, SEO, website, email, social, and emerging channels.
• Own website conversion strategy and improve visitor-to-pipeline performance.
• Partner with founders on messaging, positioning, product launches, and go-to-market strategy.
• Run rapid experiments, analyze performance, and scale effective initiatives.
• Build dashboards and use data to guide marketing decisions and category leadership campaigns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of growth or digital marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience building and scaling demand generation and digital marketing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, website optimization, and marketing automation.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a focus on conversion.
• Analytical, data-driven approach and a builder mentality suited to a fast-moving startup.
