Fullstack Software Engineering (AI)

Salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end architecture and engineering of the hirify.global.ai developer web application, including the interface, APIs, and data layer.
• Design, develop, test, and scale responsive web applications, backend services, and APIs.
• Build reusable frontend component libraries and modular backend services supporting web, SDK, and CLI developer experiences.
• Define architectural standards, API practices, database schemas, and modern development workflows.
• Mentor full stack, frontend, and backend engineers through reviews, pair programming, coaching, and career support.
• Partner with Product, Design, and AI/Infrastructure Engineering on requirements, system design, timelines, performance, security, accessibility, and delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role, such as tech lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Next.js.
• Experience building server-side applications, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and backend services with Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, data modeling, cloud infrastructure, Docker, and full stack CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience delivering and scaling production-grade full stack web applications; a Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML environments, including LLM APIs, vector databases, or model orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Startup experience, especially as a technical founder or early engineer.
• Experience building developer platforms, SaaS dashboards, playgrounds, or sandboxes.
• Open-source contributions or work on component libraries and developer tools.
