Location: United States; positions are available in Denver, New York City, Lenexa/remote, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Nashville, Dallas/Plano, Philadelphia, and Bentonville. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: $83,600–$145,200 in Denver; $92,400–$119,700 in Las Vegas; $88,160–$153,120 in Los Angeles; $92,720–$161,040 in New York; $88,160–$153,120 in Washington, DC.

What you will do
- Design and calculate basic to advanced refrigeration and engineering systems with a high degree of independence.
- Prepare electrical system layouts, detailed drawings, and schematics.
- Review shop drawings for conformance with plans and specifications.
- Research equipment and systems, evaluate product applications, and make feasibility recommendations.
- Support project coordination, including scope and schedule coordination, client meetings, quality assurance, and responses to client questions.
- Build relationships with strategic partners and customers and support the training of colleagues.
Requirements
- For Mid-Level II: a bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering preferred plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of experience without a degree.
- For Experienced Level III: a bachelor's degree in mechanical or architectural engineering preferred plus 7 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience without a degree.
- Intermediate Revit and Bluebeam Revu proficiency for Mid-Level II; advanced proficiency for Experienced Level III.
- Relevant mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration design experience in commercial projects, retail, or related markets.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- FE exam completion, LEED accreditation, or WELL accreditation.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of engineering design, A&E industry standards, codes, and design guides.
