Location: Hybrid in Rosemead, California; employees are required to work and reside in California unless otherwise noted.
Salary: $161,700–$242,600 per year.

What you will do
- Manage multiple external regulatory audits conducted by CPUC, OEIS, FERC, third-party auditors, NERC, and WECC.
- Oversee SCE compliance program activities, including innovative mitigation tracking systems.
- Develop business requirements, perform gap analyses, and identify control and risk-mitigation strategies.
- Lead compliance reporting and regulatory report submissions.
- Facilitate training and remediation of potentially non-compliant situations.
- Advise cross-functional organizations on corrective actions, regulatory challenges, legislative strategy, and compliance with changing rules.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience with regulatory filings, proceedings, and compliance standards.
- Experience conducting regulatory audit reviews and managing compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work and reside in California; the role requires regular reporting to an SCE facility.
- Successful completion of a Personnel Risk Assessment or background investigation is required for this NERC/CIP-impacted position.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience interfacing or negotiating with CPUC, OEIS, FERC, or WECC staff.
- Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams and a project management certification.
- Experience in energy procurement, transmission and distribution, customer service programs, regulatory affairs, or finance.
- Experience using AI, Power BI, or Power Platform.
