Sr Technical Product Owner (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with in-office presence 2–3 days per week in Nashville, TN; Dallas/Frisco, TX; or Louisville, KY

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Manage and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to Agile delivery teams.
• Represent customer needs and build, maintain, articulate, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define features, write user stories, create prototypes, and deliver incremental value in short iterations.
• Translate complex operational requirements into detailed specifications for engineering teams.
• Apply AI and LLM tools to accelerate story writing, backlog grooming, sprint reporting, and documentation.
• Present roadmaps and influence stakeholders, executives, engineering teams, and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7+ years of Product Management or Technical Product Owner experience, including progression from Technical or QA lead roles into product ownership.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or similar patient-facing operational systems.
• Agile product ownership experience supporting high-velocity release cadences across cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to translate operational requirements into specifications, user stories, and prototypes.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, including roadmap presentation and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience with UAT, regression testing, and automation frameworks.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore team structures.
