People Operations Intern (HR)

Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of internal events and engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors including F&B, production, and venues.
• Manage post-event documentation, surveys, and recap reporting.
• Develop creative content, captions, and social media calendars for employer branding.
• Produce short-form videos and visual content for social media channels.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requests and invoice tracking.

Requirements

• Must be a fresh graduate or final year student in Human Resources or a related field.
• Must be available for a minimum 3-month internship period.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace and content creation tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
