What you will do
- Develop data-driven digital experience strategies aligned with client business objectives and define KPIs, measurement plans, and testing frameworks.
- Act as the primary digital experience advisor, addressing business challenges, presenting performance, and strengthening long-term client relationships.
- Oversee campaign and strategy delivery, establishing project management processes that ensure high-quality, timely execution.
- Manage commercial conversations, identify upsell and scope-expansion opportunities, and support new business pitches.
- Mentor and motivate the team, conduct performance reviews, and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Senior client advisory and strategic leadership experience in digital experience, SEO, or a related discipline.
- Strong track record of delivering integrated, data-driven client strategies at scale.
- Independent commercial ownership, including upselling and scope expansion.
- Experience with testing frameworks, performance measurement, and complex project delivery.
- Demonstrated success leading, mentoring, and formally managing team performance.
- A genuine digital industry network and experience contributing to new business pitches.
