What you will do

• Build, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Monitor performance, diagnose trends and issues, implement improvements, and maintain accurate control of ad spend.
• Own day-to-day account performance and client relationships, particularly across small and medium-sized accounts.
• Prepare insightful performance updates and create or maintain basic automated reporting dashboards.
• Test new creatives, platform features, betas, strategies, and automation methods, sharing learnings with the wider team.
• Support the development of junior colleagues through guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience building, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience owning client communications and relationships with confidence and professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding budget control and account hygiene.
• Proactive test-and-learn mindset with curiosity about new platform features and tools.
• Strong organisation skills and experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
