What you will do

• Develop detailed paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end setup and execution of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Twitter.
• Perform regular QA checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards.
• Monitor performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns to improve results.
• Create detailed weekly/monthly performance reports and write insightful commentary for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to stay updated on social trends and certifications.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across key platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for handling large datasets and budgets.
• Experience compiling performance reports and writing client-facing commentary.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in a team.

Nice to have

• Training certifications in social platforms, such as Meta Blueprint.
• Previous experience working in an agency environment, specifically within social or activation teams.
