Senior Social Executive (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the development of paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set up, monitor, quality-check, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Track campaign performance and pacing, identify trends, and recommend on-platform actions.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
• Write performance commentary and recommendations for clients, contributing to client calls and ongoing account delivery.
• Manage multiple projects, collaborate with local and Global Hub teams, attend partner training, and support junior colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across one or more major social platforms.
• Experience with campaign activation, reporting, performance analysis, and working with data, numbers, and budgets.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Clear communication, effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, social, or activation team.
• Training certifications such as Meta Blueprint.
