Enterprise Risk Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Conduct periodic enterprise risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate controls and develop or monitor risk mitigation and remediation actions.
• Maintain the enterprise risk register in a GRC platform and publish risk-health dashboards.
• Facilitate Risk Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Support internal stakeholders with risk management processes and controls.
• Drive risk analysis for AI use across the platform, corporate functions, vendors, and data-recipient customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, finance, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, GRC, information security risk, or a related discipline.
• Experience conducting enterprise risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans.
• Experience with GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC, Archer, OneTrust, MetricStream, AuditBoard, or similar tools.
• Ability to work from or be based at the Lehi, Utah location.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, payments, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting enterprise AI governance and AI risk management programs.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001.
• Experience assessing third-party and vendor risk, including AI vendors and cloud service providers.
• Knowledge of FFIEC, GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS, or certifications such as CRMP, CRISC, CISA, or CISM.
