Salesforce Solutions Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Fully onsite in Irvine, California, United States. Occasional travel required.

Salary: $74,654.42–$138,645.15 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Salesforce profiles, security settings, objects, fields, automation, and platform performance.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and manage reliable data flow and interoperability.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot platform issues, and resolve user-reported problems.
• Create reports and dashboards for KPI monitoring and business decision-making.
• Lead solution architecture and delivery, manage project timelines, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Apex programming, custom Lightning Web Components, triggers, and REST API integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce development lifecycle, Agile methodology, deployment, and packaging.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, Apex, Visualforce, OmniScript, CRMA, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components.
• Understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similar CRM systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Irvine, California location.

Nice to have

• Experience across at least 4 Lightning development projects.
• At least 2 years of experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into Salesforce system requirements.
• Hands-on MuleSoft experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
