Lead / Expert, RWA Ecosystem Growth (Web3)

What you will do

• Define and drive global growth strategies for RWA-related products and ecosystem initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Business Development, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify priority market and ecosystem opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry participants, projects, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Translate user needs and market trends into product positioning, user experience, and growth recommendations.
• Support go-to-market initiatives for new products, markets, and ecosystem opportunities.
• Use data and user insights to evaluate performance and independently drive complex cross-regional initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in financial services, FinTech, internet, Crypto/Web3, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of RWA, asset digitization, traditional finance, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Experience in Growth, Product Operations, Business Development, Partnerships, or Ecosystem roles.
• Strong product and user mindset, with the ability to turn user needs and market opportunities into growth strategies.
• Excellent commercial communication, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required for collaboration with global teams and external partners.
