What you will do

• Own Android growth surfaces in World App, primarily focused on user incentives, referrals, and rewards.
• Build and improve onboarding, notification centre, and user-growth modalities.
• Ship features and experiments quickly in collaboration with product, backend, and design.
• Instrument growth flows for analytics, experimentation, and funnel measurement.
• Improve the Android codebase through feature flags, modular architecture, and testability.
• Debug reliability, performance, device-fragmentation, and OS-compatibility issues across a wide range of hardware.

Requirements

• Strong Android development experience with Kotlin and a track record of shipping user-facing features in a production app.
• Experience delivering features end-to-end from requirements through release and post-launch monitoring.
• Growth engineering mindset with attention to metrics, funnels, experimentation, and iteration.
• Experience with analytics instrumentation, A/B testing, or feature-flag systems on Android.
• Ability to collaborate clearly with product, design, data, economics, backend, and operations stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to resolve issues quickly.
