hirify.global is building a proactive AI system designed to integrate seamlessly into daily user workflows and interactions.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain production-grade Android applications using Kotlin.
  • Integrate AI features like chat, vision, and voice into the mobile client.
  • Design UX patterns for complex AI interactions including streaming responses and partial results.
  • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness for AI-heavy flows.
  • Implement robust analytics, logging, and feedback loops for AI iteration.
  • Collaborate with backend and ML engineers to define API contracts and system behaviors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional Android development experience with Kotlin.
  • Must be located in China.
  • Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming using Coroutines and Flow.
  • Experience with REST or gRPC APIs and structured data handling.
  • Published apps on the Google Play Store.
  • Proficiency in debugging and performance profiling for production environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience integrating AI models (LLM, vision, speech APIs).
  • Familiarity with MLKit or on-device inference using TensorFlow Lite.
