Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. This is not a remote role; work is required in the listed territory and may include field, in-office, or remote work as operationally required.

Salary: $59,000–$75,850 per year; the posting also lists hourly compensation of $29.51–$37.65.

What you will do

• Evaluate auto damage and settle insurance claims promptly and accurately.
• Handle complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
• Deliver effective customer service throughout the claims process.
• Communicate claim decisions and information verbally and in writing.
• Work flexibly across field and in-office settings within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience with a demonstrated record of successful claim handling.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
